Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Anjouan without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify these Terms or add new ones.

Your continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Entire Agreement

Termination and Cancellation

Upon termination, your Account will be closed.

Any failure by us to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right or other rights under these Terms.

Jurisdiction and Disputes

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Anjouan, without reference to any conflict-of-laws principle which might indicate the application of another law.
